What does the flight + hotel package include?

Includes round-trip flights from your place of origin to your chosen destination, plus accommodation in one of our hotels.

Can I customize my package?

No, the package is configured as a closed experience and dates, hotels or flights cannot be modified.

What happens if I want to cancel or modify my reservation?

When booking on our website, you will be required to pay a deposit. In the event of cancellation, this deposit will not be refunded. Depending on the conditions of the hotel selected at the time of booking, additional cancellation fees may apply.

Can I pay for the package in installments?

Yes. When you make your reservation, you only pay a deposit. The remaining amount will be paid directly to the hotel upon check-in.

How will I receive confirmation of my package booking?

You will receive confirmation of your package (flights and hotel) directly in your email as soon as you complete your booking.

In some cases, if the airline requires it, you will receive an additional email with more information.

What documents do I need to travel?

It will depend on the destination and your nationality. Usually an identity document, passport and/or visa is required. We recommend that you check the requirements before traveling.

What happens if the flight is delayed or cancelled?

In your booking confirmation, you will find a direct contact through which you can request support if you have any problems related to your flight.

Can I add extra services, such as transfers, excursions or insurance?

Yes, you can add any additional available services you wish during the booking process.

Can I make a single reservation for multiple people?

Yes, you can book for multiple people in a single purchase (up to 9 passengers per booking in the case of flights).

What happens if I don't receive a confirmation or there is an error with my booking?

Contact our customer support team. We will help you resolve any issues and/or answer any questions you may have.
